Sale of takeaway / delivered dishes by IN KOREA.
2. Prices
Prices in euros, all taxes included. IN KOREA reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
No online payment: you pay at the restaurant, when dining in or collecting your takeaway order. Payment methods accepted at the restaurant: cash and bank card.
4. Delivery / collection
Takeaway: order online and collect at the restaurant (51 rue Richard-Lenoir, 75011 Paris) at the time slot chosen when ordering. The restaurant does not provide its own delivery service; delivery is available by ordering through the Uber Eats or Delicity platforms, subject to their terms.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
